How long do you think the house market will crash?

All I’ve seen for the past 2 years is the 100’s of newbies who said they are waiting for the “crash” to get in.

My first thought would be in a recession and/or crash commercial would be problematic.

I have Carry Forward Deductions from the 2008 Crash, enough to make all my Profit, Tax-free as I do not have the $3000 Individual Deduction Limit.

In 2008 before the market crashed, around 10,000 single family homes were for sale on the Dayton MLS.

Investors are on the sidelines waiting for prices to come down and for a market crash!

I don't see a crash but things holding flat for a few years especially in MFs.

Their crap quality results in unpleasant experiences then trying to return the material too.
