I work full time as a central control operator for bombardier transportation at the Newark airport.

Everything is transported.

Great way to accommodate as best you could with what you had to work with.NO one realizes how heavy and hard it is to transport water until you have to do it.

.; however, the City is extending the Light Rail down Main Street to Gilbert Road, so that area is good for renters who need access to public transportation.

Folks who owned a truck and transported gravel, custom cabinet makers, all kinds of sales people who had no work when the industry almost completely stopped building.

There's also a train station right there, so renters like the proximity to transportation.

Essentially, driving for dollars is when you get into your car (or any form of transportation really) and drive around the neighborhoods looking for distressed properties, properties that look like they are vacant, etc.  

Have you researched the department of transportation to see if traffic is increasing,decreasing, or staying the same year over year?

I think that there are a couple of things that stand out to me:1) You only spend $1300 IN TOTAL outside of transportation and housing related expenses.
