Dear BP Members, I'm new to BP, and although I work in the investment world full-time, REI is new territory for me.

I find that if a significant portion of your marketing is geared online then twitter is a good supplement and can be great as some people have taken full blown advantage of it and that's where a lot of the hype comes from.On the other hand if you don't have sites and an internet presence to point people to, then it loses its effectiveness.So bottom line if you are formulating an online marketing campaign then it is certainly worth seeing if you can incorporate it into your strategy.

It all depends on who her client is.If this is her listing that the bank/owner hired her to handle and she is doing this kind of stuff she is in unethical territory for sure.If she is doing this on deals where she was not hired by the bank/owner - she just finds them and thinks they are good deals then that is another story.But this is where having a realtor license can get in the way of being an investor for sure. if you care about those things - some do and some don't.

He was an awesome actor and it is a shame that there will be no more movies blessed with his presence and acting abilities.

Keeping the sign on the car was a matter of trust but I did have a written agreement with them and a clause in it said if the vehicle was found without the sign being displayed it would be assumed that the sign hadn't been displayed since the last time it's presence was verified and credit toward the debt would stop and the amount of debt remaining would be adjusted as of the last date the sign was known to be displayed, and our  agreement would be deemed cancelled as of that date.

We have a big presence on the site from Texas.

Some of these groups have an online only presence where you can visit and interact in advance.Prime the PumpLet say you have selected the group but find that the meeting is two weeks away.

I'm already doing well with my sphere but i'd like to start establishing more of an online presence than what i have currently.

I originally had not planned on a website presence.
