That's why I always chuckle about those who post about mold in their house inspections.. like little dot of mold  they freak out.. these people live in a literal petri dish most of their lives.. and the other telling factor is when the living room furniture is on the porch.. then you know it stinks pretty bad inside..

And you were happy to do it because you got to stay in a cool 4br secluded mountain cabin with a view rather than having to buy 4 separate hotel rooms in town with the crowds.Now these whiners (and it's all over social media) ##### and moan for hours about having to do their own dishes or leave the towels on the bathroom floor.Same thing with supplies.

@Jason HoudeWe provide a couple of furnished units for short term rental, but I have an acquaintance whose business is executive rentals.In most cases, you will be providing a fully furnished, "turn-key" rental unit (dishes, cookware, linens, etc), but will be receiving double (or more) the monthly rent rate you would for an unfurnished unit.

And worked as a dish washer, and my mother in law who dropped out of 5th grade to work in the farms, came across an opportunity to buy a small house in the desert for roughly $30k and rented it out to approximately 3 tenants over the course of 10 years (wish I had that low turnover), sold that home at the height of the market and had enough to pay off their existing home and a good retirement cushion.
