Homestyle will allow you to finish a “substantially” complete home but that is one that is already 90% complete.  

When you say private lender, are you referring to a private individual, or do you mean a nonbank lender, such as a lender that is not a Chase bank or a Wells Fargo? 

Are you equipped to handle the more substantial improvements?

@Jane Trust Ryan - interesting - did the individual who sold you the properties market these as "greater Huntsville area"? 

I have also been told in person by an individual that is a licensed Realtor that it is +- 600 sq ft.Can someone give a thorough explanation on the rules to finding comps?
