Why would you get a $300k loan with $100k down when you can spend way less and get way more in a couple of years?

This is because instead of developing the highly targeted profitable sales, you’re spending your time servicing the marginal.

Or would I just invest/spend/blow the savings on something else?

No need to spend all sorts of money on a crazy structure.

As I explained, I’m using classes to track spending categories (landscaping, flooring, etc).

She’d probably want to spend 6 months and a day in CO.

My wife and I live in Santa Barbara, CA and love spending time outside in this beautiful city.   

If you need to spend money or effort trying to find buyers, you are jumping the gun.

You're asking someone to spend a lot of time and energy to share what they've spent years - maybe decades - learning and developing.
