I always find it exciting to see that spark being ignited (or re-ignited)!

- Like most others on this platform, we're looking to build a long-term, sustainable business that minimizes day-to-day headaches... we're willing to invest upfront / be proactive to structure things "correctly" and avoid challenges in the future (e.g. trying to separate personal vs. business receipts and figuring out which goes where)Sorry for the long post but hopefully this can spark a productive discussion for everyone involved. 

There’s a lot more to consider but this conversation has sparked new ideas in my strategy and research.

I did stay in an Airbnb for awhile which sparked my curiosity about the  city.

Recently re-sparked my interest more with the book BRRRR.I have secured a small PLOC in attempt to buy my first investment property.  

However, if it ended up working out I think it would spark her interest and she would want to learn more and keep gaining properties.
