I'll take marginal doors if I like the client, and I will fire clients with beautiful doors if I think they are a PITA to work with or if they suck too much of our time (I will warn them first, and if they don't adhere to the warning, I politely show them the exit.)  

I browsed for trustee sale in North Carolina but nothing coming up, except the the listings on Xome.com for online bidding I am not in the business of buying foreclosures so I am not sure which trustees post it on their site or if its best to search the areas newspaper for public notices.

You really can't trust any of them to complete the work correctly, unfortunately, as the owners of the sub companies are rarely on site and you have to babysit their guys to make sure things are done correctly.

The more links to your site from other websites, the better. 

Dont just go by what you see on their sites.
