:)Right now, I got up first thing in the morning, made my coffee, dug into the BP boards so I keep myself immersed in the REI community, and I'm working on sessions and authentication in my development efforts.As you can probably assume, REI is my side hustle, but as @Tzook Bar Noy said... for now.

It's a round table session and that's where people come with questions while the experienced answer the questions. 

By that time the package was no longer available, and all the training sessions that were originally offered with my package had disappeared.

(You're not going to get a tax strategy session out the initial interview, but asking for one cool strategy they know that fits your area will let you know if they really do know their stuff or not).*  How often can I contact you through the off season?

Basically these sessions and training are a way to gain trust, provide the lender with some confidence that the folks they are lending to have an understanding of what they are doing at some level... all in an effort to get them to allow them to fund their deals.
