We should get together and decide on the best action to get our money back.I bought 3 properties from them in 2017 - 2 in Baltimore and 1 in Philadelphia.They breach contract all the time (one example is that you are supposed to do an inspection before they charge you the last 5K but they simply deduct it from your guaranteed rent) and do not keep you posted on what's going on with your property.

this reply is specific to F&F.This is exactly what I was thinking and the whole reason for my questionIt's a good point you bring up Miguel, but your post is not correctly worded for this, because what your really asking is: "I am new, do I need to pay a "Guru" to learn the things to take action, OR can I hire a Professional Investment Real Estate REALTOR/Real Estate Agent and do just as good or better?"

@Mike Calvey I can't say strong enough how flawed and WRONG of an action UNDER-pricing rent's is to "get a good tenant", it's ALL-kinds of wrong.
