Put up artwork of, men playing sports, muscle cars, wild game, those sorts of things.The contractors generally have a mobile trailer at the job site where QC, GF, Safety and other higher paid workers stay. 

Be yourself, think about how you'd like to be treated and relax.  

Generally many don't like to do that on investment properties but I believe that actually Wells Fargo seems to be somewhat relaxed on that.

A friend literally told me to enjoy what I have and just relax as I "have it made as an Officer in the Navy" or others have said don't do anything until you retire because you'll still be young.

Once you establish the "muscle memory" you can pick different one-hour blocks and test for efficacy.Hope this helps.

Don't relax your criteria to rent out faster, it will back fire on you quickly.  

I'm thinking it'd be a more relaxed process, and with less competition, since there aren't many people out there buying a $400k home with cash.
