Just a random thought...

Dont think I'd want to do that with randoms, but checking out houses with my close friends is a blast.As has been stated, you can ask the selling agent fora reduction on price, but cant take a commission. 

Also, another thing I do is leave a random light on in the house each day.

That is one of the reasons why I want to pursue this career.I came across BiggerPockets by random.

I asked if I could use the appraisal that was done two weeks ago and he said that banks can no longer request appraisers and instead have to assign appraisers randomly....so if the appraiser I used happens to come up when the computer makes its selection I can use the existing appraisal (which could be likely since there are only 5 or 6 active appraisal companies in town) I also asked about the option of just selling the property to someone else, and he said that a 90 day seasoning period is all that is required along with documentation of repairs.

What repairs the seller wants to do randomly isn't your responsibility.

Buildium support told me that they did not know where Buildium generated this random "rent income" start date.

Maybe they do a few random audits.

I don't want to just randomly pick states, so what do you think I should do to determine what states to pick?
