Properties are more expensive, but I think in the long run, the revival of the Sparrows Point area as a hub for jobs will bode well for investments in the eastern Baltimore County housing stock.

For this it comes down to using smart hubs.

@Derek Hobart use a 1) channel manager for guest messaging (Your Porter, IGMS, Smartbnb, OwnerRez to name a few), 2) dynamic pricing tool (Pricelabs or Beyond Pricing), 3) digital guest guide where you can embed short instructional videos (Hostfully), 4) WiFi lock (Schlage Smart Connect w/Smart Things Hun or Schlage Encode no hub needed), camera (Ring Cam) and thermostat (Honeywell).

Not crazy expensive and no hub. 

Anywhere I can create a standard, I will.Also, as I scaled, I created a "hub" (Storage unit) where I keep all my supplies.

Hubs and I are considering purchasing a vacation home to rent out and use ourselves occasionally.
