Any pitfalls/blindspots with completely sourcing out management for a vacation STR?

You definitely need to have legal counsel with you on this one, there are so many pitfalls but doing it correctly could save you a substantial amount of money. 

These can be a great option but come with some pitfalls. 

It's great to hear some of the downside and pitfalls of it as well.

I’ve read much of the BP investing in rental properties book - I know about neighborhood classes, what pitfalls or opportunities to look out for - however having issues pulling the trigger on WHERE EXACTLY to buy.

Add the potential pitfalls of forbearance and you can see why many are holding out until they can see thru this time.

Once the property is fully rented out it would cash flow about $1000.I would appreciate it greatly if I can get some feedback about any potential pitfalls and issues I should be looking out for, or if this is just a bad idea.Thanks

And forgive me but you don't seem too informed about potential pitfalls involved in all deals and this one.

There could be a lot of pitfalls from a quiet title action where another party could prevail.
