Corporate and short-term rentals in DFW

Hello everyone,

I'm new to BiggerPockets. We live in Fort Worth and are looking to purchase rental property in the area and greater-DFW area. I do as much research as I can during my spare time. I know the rental market in DFW is saturated and very competitive in many areas. I've recently started researching corporate and short-term rentals in DFW. There are a ton of options out there (competition). I'm looking to get any insight and input that some of you might have in this area. We're still undecided on what type of property that we want to purchase (i.e. single-family home long-term rental, corporate/short-term rental, etc.). The goal is to purchase our first property by Q1 2021. Thanks in advance!

Nick
