For it to be a successful and fruitful partnership you should each have something that the other is lacking in.

I am already itching for my next one but am thinking of looking out of state (because Los Angeles is nuts). 

It is a really interesting transition from not starting with too much bigger picture capital and doing much of the work yourself to over time as you start to reap the fruits of your labor, you can delegate more and more and hopefully enjoy a bit more while doing a bit less!

So I have been driving myself nuts working on the duplex I "house hacked" before I knew it had a name.
