Real estate is not complicated it is like business for dummies, and more times then not (like basketball) the calls and momentum go to the aggressor.  

Over the past year, I'm seeing a drop in rent-growth projections to model out less momentum of rent growth, and even some potential reversal slightly. 

The markets are over reacting and momentum selling right now, but that is the trend until its not.Wild times!

I will able get started at a low entry point to get my business started, and build momentum. 

It’s a relatively new meetup group, but has some good momentum going.

I cannot give you a dollar amount, but you will know when the money justifies loosening up the wallet.You do have to be aware of opportunities missed, but until you have your foot in the door and build up a little momentum you have no reason to network.

@Felix Cheng@Drew SygitYes, as Drew mentions, look into the Detroit Revival.I’m sure you can find different numbers for most anything somewhere and 8% may have been a number at some point and time, but in recent years it’s low single digits.Even with Detroit Proper picking up momentum, that’s likely where you’re seeing your data.
