Our (very seasoned) real estate attorney said that he had just closed a $12million dollar deal that wasn’t NEARLY as complicated as this one, and he brought one of his new junior associates to the closing as a learning opportunity.

How would I structure a deal/partnership so I can get the learning experience while he has an incentive to mentor and help me throughout the life of the deal?

My mentors have let me know pricing the property properly and screening the tenants will be some keys to long term success so be thorough!
