Looking to buy multifamilies in Houston

I use Eric Kloth out of Redding and he is stuck with us for this and our future home buying needs. 

that OR consider buying a property you could short-term rent to people who literally just want to visit the casino if it's a large/decent one. 

I am interested in buying a long-term turnkey property in a nice area (I live in San Diego so this property would have to be out of state).

People are more likely to buy and stay here, versus move around. 

We are in both of those markets for fix and flips & buy and holds.

And even if they do, they have to be fairly motivated to be willing to do so (even if you've built rapport and all that good stuff).If they are motivated, usually that means the property needs work and they almost certainly won't lend over and above what you buy the property for.
