We are in Waterville Maine where we have an Ivy League College (Colby) and 3 other sizeable schools (Thomas, UMA and KVCC) so most of the winter prospects we get are people being relocated to employment at one of these schools OR T mobile or other nearby business.

He reasons only 1 window is required per room and the more windows you have, the more chances of it being broken by a baseball, etc.I'd like to hear what you have to say about this approach.

A baseball pitcher who can only throw fastballs isn't going to be very effective.

If you play baseball and your hit rate is 3.5% to 10%, you are not effective.

My sister is 41, a licensed  dentist  from an Ivy league school--who is now on a food stamps living at home with my parents and decided she doesn't want to be a dentist anymore.  

This means Barrett Jackson, Waste Management, Spring Training Baseball, Bars/Restaurants walking distance, etc.

thats awesome.. parking lots be good passive money to. people love their baseball but run out of places to park. rent your parking space. new technology you can rent ur drive way
