Definitely prefer cash flow options, but im open to the other concept.

Hey guys,I need to skip trace some LLC / corporation and trust phone numbers, but noticed that REISkip only skip-traces individual persons.Does anyone know how I could get these numbers or if there's a website/service that can do this? 

They ask for 50% upfront, material costs (or combination), and they prefer cash. 

I started building in 2020 and prefer it now over remodeling in many regards.

@William CoetThe big players definitely approach these markets differently from individual investors.

This is essentially borrowing money from a group of people or 1 individual.

Brokers send that in and then are put through a series of videos showing how to package the loans and load them into the companies system.Broker does that loads them into the system and now you have individual borrowers with all their personal info being transmitted to the fake wholesaler lender.. 

(So, do you really have a PREFERRED return?) 

The BRRRR strategy is my preferred way to buy and I have wroked that strategy many times.
