Using an iPhone can be a challenge sometimes.

(I posted this in the STR discussion because I doubt this has occurred in long-term except for those investing in commercial properties)  Lol, NO, of course not, get 5 xs your income than think about it.

Every time I try to do a search it just shuts off and brings me to the home screen of my iPhone or iPad.

Google "expense tracking apps" for iPhone or Android, whichever you use, and pick one of those that are supported by a major company.

Stupid iPhone....

When my 2 boys and I go to one of our apt buildings to mow lawns, they see the nice cars in the parking lot with tenants playing on their i-phones while drinking fancy coffee.

And being a techy nerd, I also love their awesome iPhone app. 

Hope that's clear as mud :-)Another thing, I love Rich Dad Poor Dad book, don't get me wrong but it was written long long time when there is no Internet, Iphone or apps.
