Too much caffeine, not enough focus.Seeing as many respondents don't yet have $1M, getting suggestions from them is about as prudent as taking financing advice from a homeless man - Ain't much value in it.

I have someone who reached out from livesmoves.org with a client  who is employed, but is currently living in a homeless shelter, and the past residence he was not named on the lease (i.e. it was on his ex-gfs), and has a credit score <450.Lifemoves.org will cover 100% for the 1st 3 months, 75% months 3-6, 50% months 6-10, 25%, months 10-12 and provide their client with personal finance support, i.e. budgeting.Should I even consider them?
