Lukes or Lehigh Valley Health is about all that is happening and dollar stores.

My company has seen a surge in response from local Sellers and our pipeline is fairly healthy.

Those who are healthy and successful in this endeavor put time into it daily and gather results slowly and incrementally. 

But my friend is telling me I should flip a few to keep the cash reserves healthy. 

I do have a healthy savings account that is making zip for interest but I do not want to dip into it or trust stocks.

At 31, assuming you're healthy, you should be able to get term life insurance for next to nothing.  

IMO, the frugal would likely much prefer to grow their own fruits and vegetables, shop for raw quality ingredients, and invest a bit more time and money in their food in the short term to cook their own meals with quality ingredients in order to achieve the long term benefits of eating more healthy, while still saving money over going out to eat.

Thought is you can build it tenant proofed up front in an area you like for a long term buy and hold.I'm guessing the costs are prohibitive, but curious if anyone has done this and made it work.I see a possible deal on some lots that are available in a good, healthy growing neighborhood.  

Its my intention to keep her at home with me as long as I can keep her healthy, happy, safe and comfortable.
