I have started with the Chase freedom card --> Chase Sapphire Preferred --> Chase Business Cash (Registered my house hack as a business).Currently I have over $1,000 worth of travel points in Chase Rewards.I would love to hear all of your success stories on credit card churning.Please share!

Both BankNewport and Freedom National are portfolio lenders so don't need to conform to the federal agencies, i.e. their underwriting standards are not as strict.

Healthcare is solid. 

The other criteria may have an explanation (divorce, business folded, health care expense, etc) but there’s no explaining that you don’t make enough money to pay the rent.
