There are enough deals on the planet for every person who legitimately wants one.  

If you want an environmental impact, I suggest demanding people be celibate; it’s population pressure that’s killing the planet, not diets.  

There are scammers everywhere on planet Earth, true enough.

I suspect there is not a lender on the planet that has not had a loss at sometime in their business cycle. if your looking to invest and think you can find something that is 100% safe then real estate is not the vehicle..

I’m not disagreeing with cash flow and leverage early on, but I have seen two ends of the spectrum and man, does the grass look greener holding a lot of equity when older, than holding a lot of debt.

So your moves and actions will be sloppier with less control.It's actually worse to have a gun and not be proficient with it.People can say what they want but until you have real experience and not theory for surviving an attack you don't have a basis to stand on.It's amazing people will not make a monetary investment or time investment in their lives but if you are not on this planet anymore then all these other things you are putting time into will not matter.I have just seen so many people over decades that could have been saved if they just spent some time to invest in themselves.It's not all combat.
