Curious to hear reviews and feedback on CRM Properties as well.

After about a week, the novelty wore off and it gathered dust like my treadmill.I've found that the only way I will exercise is if someone is barking orders at me.

I'm looking to exit of the Midwest - I've gotten different feedback on appreciation in Indiana but so far I don't think it will outpace the property tax increases, 17% (on nice suburban home) and 16% (Class C) recently and repairs on Class C.

You will find some good feedback based on experience from people who have done it before.

Maybe that information would help the folks here in the thread.I know some of the feedback in this thread may be coming off as harsh but... the folks here are actually trying to protect you. 

 Good to know that you are starting to learn and gather info's at a young age.
