Go check your washer dryer and see if working, find out where the leak is, fix the leak if it's plumbing related, then disconnect move to garage and let them install their own.. tell them the washer and dryer will remain in the garage until they leave.Your in a cold climate so winterize the washer before putting in garage,, run some RV antifreeze thru the washer so it gets in the pump to prevent freezing the pump. easy to do if its going to be in storage maybe during the winter.. 

So i'm currently looking to work for a developer or a value add investor as a project coordinator or a development analyst. it's clear now that most real estate firms are on hiring freezes or very much slowing down their hiring with the potential recession. 

Granted, you could keep the money, but that's not enough to offset the lost rent and utilities, and you have a house sitting vacant in winter that requires checking to ensure it doesn't freeze.

At the very least, I talked to the solar loan company and they understand the situation and is ok with freezing the loan until I have the issue resolved.

I just wish I could clone myself and maybe freeze time. 

But in general, some examples could be poor exterior grading, soil types, issues with gutters or drainage, freezing/thaw cycles, poor construction, deteriorated components to name a few.

It’s on their contract they should keep the thermostat temp at 72, anything lower than that could cause it to freeze therefore costing them hundreds of dollars and trust me prior to having notes underneath of it n to have mentioned it on the contract it did cost me hundreds of dollars to fix it!
