Working for a developer
So i'm currently looking to work for a developer or a value add investor as a project coordinator or a development analyst. it's clear now that most real estate firms are on hiring freezes or very much slowing down their hiring with the potential recession.
I'm curious what advice people have for navigating a job search when things are becoming more scarce. Also are there any tips for finding jobs with investors/smaller scale developers who maybe don't use the traditional job searching tools?
