The LLC is a separate entity from you and normally does not own the contents of the house.An umbrella policy provides an additional limit of Liability that kicks in when the limits of your homeowners, auto, boat, RV, ... are exhausted in a claim.

That means it should:  Have it's own exhaust vent through the roof, wall, or otherwise;  Be vented TO an existing roof vent, like a wind turbines or box vent (the 3-4" tube is tied up right to the bottom of the vent opening); or that same tube can be put over to the soffit vents to exhaust out.
