I've joined the New England REIA and already met some great people there, including @Shaun Reilly. 

There is easy access to New England and upstate as well.

I've been toying with this idea in New England for a few years.

We know we have a small but growing community of non-US investors from countries like Australia, The United Kingdom (UK or England, Ireland, Wales, or Scotland), New Zealand, and European countries.

It is on a very nice street in a suburb outside of a major New England city. 

One thing you might not have thought about yet is just how much fun commuting in a New England winter can be.

In New England there are tons of homes that are 2 or 3 family homes that are not side-by-side units.

So, from that very long discussion above, I'm extremely new to REI and I'm pouring through various REI books right now to be ready for any possible opportunities.More about me:  I'm from a military family, so I've lived overseas and outside of Texas including England, Japan, and Maryland.
