I'm an endurance runner and regularly run 15+ miles on Saturdays and Sundays, so I think I'll run different neighborhoods and see what's out there.

For example, my brokerage hires people at base level for what equates to a runner position, entry level, just getting lockboxes, looking at properties etc.

That’s just my experience, I’m sure there are endless reasons for sellers to choose selling off market, just as many reasons as there are off market deals.
