Hi Penny i'm actually an investor that resides in Odessa as well and my realtor actually just sold a duplex recently and in that area they have several occupied duplexes and some for sale.

If you're only really working your local market, and mostly driving for dollars, and want essentially a 1 stop shop that can do most things pretty well, then Deal Machine should work for you. 

If you can get your Vantage Score up 50 points, you will see positive results on the mortgage scores as well, it just may be 30 or 40 points or could be 60 to 80 point increase vs Vantage increase of 50 points.

You LP lost everything.Other ways, poor property management team isn't managing property well, and syndicator bought in tertiary market with only one or two managers available and no way to self manage.  

I usually provide our budget as well with totals spent.

I have seen some offers from Main Street come through, which is one of the biggest hedge fund type buyers.I've seen offers from Offer Pad and Opendoor in the last few weeks as well.
