Im curious to know if anyone in the space has done a real estate transaction using crypto?

Find out from YOUR bank how this check was cleared - whether as hard cash (currency handed to recipient), or deposited as cash (this withdraws the funds from your account immediately but no currency is handed to the person), or just a deposit of a check.

My goal is to diversify (crypto, stocks, and real estate).  

We have employment and investment income in USD and other foreign currencies and US and other foreign stocks and properties we could pledge in addition to the subject Polish property we would want to acquire.

Inflation is only one part of the equation, you also have to consider currency debasement, scarcity, etc.As an economics major in college, I love this stuff.
