Just finishing a cruise on the NCL Epic.

We should be thinking of expanding such loopholes so that more foreign capital is invested in the U.S. instead of trying to make the U.S. less attractive as a destination for capital.

I knew from a young age I was destined to be different.I was the one always thinking outside the box to find creative ways to make things happen.Working a 9 to 5 job for the man would be literally like DEATH to me.When I got into real estate about 8 years ago my first broker said "Be passionate about what you do and help people first and the money will take care of itself".I do get satisfaction out of solving a really hard problem and being able to do what not many other people are able to do.That's why I love commercial real estate because of the complexity of it.On flipping properties I am debating that versus flipping businesses.I am a natural at taking an existing business and locating the problems and fixing them.

I thoroughly enjoy the destinations, especially when it is in an area that I can check on some potential RE investments.

We've had fantastic weather and gotten into places that cruise line hasn't been to in last 5 years.

I'm spending most of the day tomorrow cruising other parks after I check out the $8k mobile home, which is in a run down park.I cant thank you enough Terry, I have read a lot of your posts on here and they have been great.

You have to enter the destination address but then it is saved and you can just select it next time you go to the same destination.

Is this deal the only way to get to your destination?

I wish I could guys, Vegas is a favorite destination of mine.
