Isn't this happening in many markets thought?

Wondering if I should even do it myself or hire a lawyer to set this up for me to the tune of $3000 includes titles etc OTD. 

Why are you losing money just to keep this guy?

I have some cash, but likely not enough to fund a purchase without bank financing, and especially not when factoring extensive rehab costs into the equation (may need to up my knowledge on creative financing to bridge this).

Inland Marine (this is for tools and materials being transferred between sites.Also, always be sure to get the certificates of insurance with your LLC named as an Additional Insured.
