It is in a packet with items such as the lease, house rules, and a computer media with house specific items (trash day, water and gas shutoff locations, location of circuit breaker panel(s), GFI locations, etc).

Rather it is to passersby or potential buyers, the view of your home from the street can be a deal maker or a deal breaker.

So I started looking for other financial podcasts that talked more specifically about what to do once you got your financial house in order and had some money to invest.That took me on a circuitous route to BP.

Basically an electrician or even you can open the service panel/breaker box to determine if your service is at least 100 amp or you may not get insurance.
