Hello everyone, I am brand spanking new in the real estate world.

@Joel Owens I honestly wanted to get into Commercial real estate from the start due to math being my strongest subject and understanding, but none of the commercial brokers around me wanted to sign me on as brand new licensed agent with no prior experience. 

The thing about this neighborhood is it is not a mobile home park, the lots are big, and there are a few lots with very nice brand new brick homes owners have built, and others with older homes as well.

I'm brand new to real estate and I'm in the phase of taking in as much information as I can.  

I am a brand new to real Estate....looking for some guidance from and experienced investor

This house is pretty much brand new inside. 

I'm strongly against any BULL@#$% courses, dvd's, seminars, etc...My promise has been to NEVER sell any crap and I've announced this so many times lolWe have already had offers from big companies to use our brand and do the seminar circuit and make big $$$.

But, typically I've noticed many of the residential buyers base their purchase on their needs and can let their emotions get the best of them.Both require you to act in the best interest of your client, but there is much more black and white on the commercial side where numbers really drive investment sales pricing and can be influenced by micro and macro economic factors.If I were fresh out of college and living at home I'd get started on the commercial sales side.
