You my friend are a man to admire!

I’m sitting across from Rich Weese and J Scott talking business and best of all building relationships with people I highly admire and respect on the BP site.

Maybe incompetent, certainly not Yuck..People who love their passive investments I actually admire..

Marie tends to admire the relationship business model which has a ton of upside.

@Jason Morgan I admire your preparation and math skills but I think you're making things a little too complicated than they should be.

You buy and hold people I admire I just have too much ADD I guess.

This is a recipe for and a virtual guarantee of financial disaster.Two of the goals you listed are admirable: "No sleaze", "No spam".

While that may not be a slippery slope to murder, I think it's absolutely true that it could be a slippery slope to other business irregularities, whether it's cheating on your taxes or neglecting to disclose a property problem.I totally admire a "Whatever it takes" attitude as far as answering phone calls at all hours of the day and night, driving an hour to show a property in rush hour, or anything else that makes you available to tenants, investors, homeowners or whomever.  

I wish you a lot of luck and I also admire your courage to speak your mind because it really sparked a great thread!!

Investors cannot cheat the system anymore then I can fix my back with one visit and without the internal humiliation.So if it is any consolation, I am proudly going to continue to trust my junk and put my butt in the air as I do my down under dog poses while the world within the Therapists’ office looks on with admiration or ridicule because I know it must be done to accomplish my goal.
