Cheap labor often requires more oversight.A tenant turnover that has taken good care of the unit is nearly $1k (patch pin holes and touch up paint, steam clean carpet, seal grout/granite, toilet flaps, clean drains, misc).  

I agree, you typically need to touch up paint between tenants, especially if it has been many years since last repaint, and there is case that it would have been needed anyways. 

It may include small repairs, cleaning, paint touch up.

We managed to bump the rent up in our other unit from $825 to $995 with just cleaning/shampooing the carpets, appliances, and some touch-up paint.

I'd fill them and do touch ups (assuming you have the same paint) and charge her a nominal fee. 

Some extra touch-ups to the property can enhance the value by attracting the renters.

Also easy to touch up when they move out..

Not sure how long they were there, but if it was a few years, hopefully you have paint to touch up the walls and I'd call that done. 

Our apartments were usually left pretty good.YA some units were a breeze and only might need a quick touch up.

You'll find really good tips here on hardening your rentals, and you'll find it better to just paint all in one color to make it cheaper and easier for future touch-ups.
