Hi @Pat McGrath .I just re-read that and it actually reads as though I got my first deal through my name tag.I'm sorry that was so misleading.

I had to revise the post when I re-read your questions.

Reread the advice you get and when you find something you don't like ask yourself why you don't like it and be honest.

I dislike videos; too slow.With the written word I can skim along quickly 'till I see what I need and then slow down, re-read as needed, or even print out a hard-copy.

Steven-I didn't say it very clear now that I reread it.

I reread and saw it was before it was rented, so it would be part of the basis, depreciated over 27.5 years with the house.

Fun note: I reread the original post and have no idea what "hoseback" means at the end of the post!
