I have a rich dad poor dad training this up coming weekend and I have a Big Live Event workshop with Phill Grove here in Austin.

(He spends a lot of time in his garage workshop, and would be feet away from them) I would take a small radio out with me, tuned quietly to a talk radio station--general NPR--and I'd talk to the dogs.

Kitchen/Dining room looks great though and house is located on an amazing, quiet, family friendly block near center of town + has great back yard with deck (needs rebuild) & detached workshop/artists' studio (has elec, needs insulation & new floor).

When I was first getting interested in multifamily a few years ago, I attended a one-day workshop on raising private money.

We have a guest room, a modest man/lady cave, garage workshop, etc, that would certainly be missed if we moved.

I bought a total rehab in January, 3 bedrooms,2 baths,1 carport,hardwood floors,all brick,deck,workshop.
