Loud dogs near the house

I've noticed that when pull up to and enter the house my offer was accepted on several loud dogs in the house behind my house will start barking loudly for about 5 minutes straight. And if you go out in the backyard they will start, although it has a 6 foot fence all around it.

This is a blue collar neighborhood and I'm not sure whether tenants would care about such a thing or not. I did go to the street where the dogs live and ask the people next door to the doghouse and they said it doesn't bother them. But I guess I'm a little nervous and I was wondering if others have had this situation--would it cause you to back out of a deal?
