Or go the route of buying a single family, doing some upgrades, live in it for at least 12 months and a day and then pull out some equity to go buy another and rent that one out.

I have a bank account for my LLC that is broken down into a Operating Expenses account that all funds enter and bills are paid through the OPEX account but I also have Series 1, Series 2, Series 3, etc bank accounts for the LLC.

Tenant keeps getting mold in bathroom.

I upgraded the exhaust fan & wired it to the bathroom lights no issue since.Also noticed another apartment starting to have a slight mold issue.
