We had the plumbing break down and had to install new PVC plumbing Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Only downside is they don’t have much multi family from what I was told from an agent.

I called a local real estate agent there he said the tornados were 7 years ago and they did not affect Signal Mountain at all.

As a new real estate agent in Northern Virginia, I'm trying to make these connections, but my immediate thoughts and attemps just involve messaging these business and informing them I'm an agent and that if the respective family is in need of a realtor I'd be happy to work w/ them, but every time I do that, the response I get is "we already have a realtor" or "house was already sold or listed"........and a lot of times I am refresh to the post, so obviously I want to be "there" sooner so I can get the seller listing lead.

I contacted the agent that had it listed for sale and sold, asking if their client was now renting the property? 

What are things I should take in to consideration on my first deal.Would love recommendations for investors friendly agents and property managers.Thanks!
