There are very few direct flights, layovers just add extra travel time which i don't like.

There are over 4 large hospitals and plenty of large companies here, so if you want to do MTR's you will find plenty of travel nurses and people with other occupations in need of temporary housing.

The properly sits on a large 28,480 square-foot lot zoned for office, creating the potential for re-development as a medical office expansion.

we have an tenant who is 36 she works two jobs and had medical expenses for an emergency room visit.

People always need housing and speaking of MTR there will always be insurance claims and traveling medical professionals.
