@Kevin Lefeuvre if they post a negative review, you have the guest screenshot stating"all is good" as well as the time stamp on the receipt for the purchase of the 2 AC units showing your intent to cure the heat issue with the guest.

We got the letters printed in black and white at a local printing company, we found #10 envelopes online for a good price, we also bough a bulk mail stamp from our post office, which cost us approx. $400 but when mailing locally it reduces the cost of the stamp to .19c.

Normally it's a driver's license, passport or other government issued photo ID.The notary stamp / seal is is their affirmation that the signature is genuine and the signer is properly identified.Why one form asks for a notarization and another doesn't is a question for an attorney.

The county inspector is supposed to watch things but someone told me it is based on if they get paid for 40 hrs a week they just stamp everything or if they have extra incentive to do the job on a high level.I am looking to buy one for my mom at stage 0 so I get the best pricing and then when the subdivision is finished out in a few years I likely will have 60 to 80k equity upside.
