My dad is 87, some scammer called him saying he won money and a new Mercedes, he is sharp enough that his immediate reply was "oh, no, thank you, but I don't need it, just give it to someone else!"

"The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was to convince the world he didn't exist."...and some spreadsheets may be a little too sharp for their own good...

@Ericka Grant sounds like they want this unit bad, and didn't realize you were so sharp.

He educates on the value of working hard, often for free, in order to learn and become sharp and successful (no mention anywhere of paying a guru.)

I dealt with a lot of property managers (and I mean a lot) and I'd say that far less than 10% of them were "sharp".  

So if you have an agent, they'd better be sharp and in tune with your strategy. 

It's like juggling a bowling ball, a ball of fire and a sharp knife.
