That said, I know of some homes in that area that have been turned into student housing for college students when in session. 

If you go to argue your case orally in close session for PTAB decision you will need your appraiser to be there to argue the facts. 

Seems like some of these people are making more money off their "coaching" or sessions than they are from the actual strategy they are teaching people about.
