What criteria could be used or would it be better to have a non-profit select the person and pay the rent instead so it isn't directly affiliated with the apartment complex?

Does anyone have experience with Angie's List to select contractors etc.?

Part of the lending requirements is that they would like me to select a property management company prior to close.

Everything from the level of finishes you select to the pitch of your roof can drastically impact costs.

I know everyone recommends finding an attorney to review your documents but then how do you know your selecting the right attorney.
